The USB gateway M9-MQ Box-L is a bidirectional IoT gateway for easy setup of an EnOcean wireless infrastructure. The integration into IoT systems and power supply is done via Micro-USB e.g. to Aruba Access Points or third party edge controllers. M9-MQ Box-L supports bidirectional transmission of all EnOcean equipment profiles incl. encryption via ESP3 and is therefore easy to retrofit and at the same time future-proof.

Typically a repeater will be used when the sensor has been mounted too far from the receiver or there are obstacles between the sensor and receiver which diminishes the signal.
